Contract Hire and Leasing


Contract Hire is recognised today as a method of streamlining fleet management activities and is designed to take away the major problems involved with operating a fleet. Contact Hire offers the most flexible and cost effective alternative to fleet ownership.

We use all of our experience and expertise to design, develop and deliver industry leading fleet management solutions. As we are totally independent from equipment manufacturers, this allows us to provide the most cost effective transport solution available to your operation.

A Contract Hire package provided by EuroTrail offers the benefit of “fixed cost” vehicle use. The vehicle is operated on a fixed term contract over a specified mileage, during which time the user pays a fixed monthly rental which includes not only the finance provision but if specified, full repair and maintenance, road fund licence and tyre cover. Other options can be added in the form of replacement vehicles, collection and delivery and ancillary equipment cover. 

EuroTrail is also able to offer a Fleet Management service provided by a dedicated Account Manager who will keep in constant contact with regards to the scheduling of legally required inspections and servicing. Other services include; annual mileage statements, provision of pre-contract vehicles, regular performance reviews, troubleshooting and driver training.

The only additional cost to the user is for driver, fuel, and insurance, however our Logistics division can even provide for these. At the end of the period the vehicle is simply returned to us removing the financial risks associated with vehicle disposals or fluctuating residual values.
